What happens when I hit 100 on Free?
Your existing notes stay readable, searchable, and editable. New profiles need Pro. Drafts you write are kept until you decide.
Can anyone else see my notes?
No. Notes are private to your account, on any plan. There is no social layer and no public profile pages.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from Settings, in two clicks. You keep everything you wrote and can export it as CSV first.
Is this a CRM?
No pipelines, no deal stages, no data entry for its own sake. One honest sentence per person, where you will actually see it.
