What happens when I hit 100 on Free?
Your existing notes stay readable, searchable, editable, and deletable. New profiles need Pro. A blocked draft stays in local extension storage on that device until it is saved, replaced, or browser storage is cleared.
Can anyone else see my notes?
ContactLore does not publish notes or show them to other ContactLore users. Notes are access-controlled to your signed-in account on every plan.
Can I cancel?
Monthly and annual plans can be canceled anytime from Settings. If cancellation is scheduled for period end, Pro stays active until then. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no subscription to cancel.
What does lifetime mean?
One payment unlocks Pro for the life of ContactLore, with no recurring subscription. The $75 launch price is available through October 31, 2026, then the lifetime price becomes $99.
Do you offer company or team pricing?
Yes. Teams of 5 or more seats get volume pricing on one invoice, with lower per-seat prices at 20 and 50 seats, on monthly, annual, or lifetime billing. Buy seats by card on the Teams page and invite your team right after checkout. Invoice and purchase order payment is available by request.
Is this a CRM?
