What is ContactLore?
ContactLore is a Chrome extension and private dashboard for saving relationship notes on LinkedIn profiles you choose to visit. It helps you remember where you met, what you discussed, and why the person matters.
How does ContactLore work with LinkedIn?
The extension adds a private note card to LinkedIn profile pages. It reads basic details visible on the profile you are viewing, saves the note to your ContactLore account, and shows that note again when you return.
Can other people see my notes?
ContactLore does not publish notes or show them to other ContactLore users. Notes are access-controlled to your signed-in account and there are no public ContactLore profile pages.
Does ContactLore automate or crawl LinkedIn?
No. ContactLore does not browse profiles automatically, crawl connection lists, store full LinkedIn pages, or ask for LinkedIn credentials. It runs on individual profile pages that you open.
Does ContactLore save notes automatically?
Yes. After you pause typing, the extension saves the note to your account. If the free-plan limit prevents a new contact from being saved, the draft stays in local extension storage on that device.
What happens at the 100-contact Free limit?
Existing contacts remain readable, searchable, editable, and deletable. Saving a new profile requires Pro. A blocked draft remains in local extension storage on that device until it is saved, replaced, or browser storage is cleared.
What does ContactLore Pro include?
Pro includes unlimited saved contacts, tags, follow-up reminders, advanced filters, and CSV export. It costs $4.99 monthly, $39 annually, or $99 once for lifetime access. The lifetime launch price is $75 through September 30, 2026.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Cancellation follows the option shown in Stripe's portal. If cancellation is scheduled for period end, Pro stays active until then. Once Stripe reports that the subscription ended, existing contacts remain available on Free, but new contacts above the Free limit and Pro-only tools are unavailable.
Is ContactLore a CRM?
ContactLore is intentionally lighter than a CRM. It has no deal pipeline or team activity feed. It is a private memory layer for the professional relationships you manage yourself.
